We won’t mind if you want to return anything or everything or if you simply don’t want the journey. Within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order, you may return any of the things purchased from the Treosha Blue website for a full refund.

When we receive your returned goods, we will issue a credit to your credit card (s). Keep a copy of your original order or order number until proper credit has been made to your credit card in case it is needed for tracing. We will send you an email once we have processed your returned item(s) and refunded your credit card.

Follow these steps to exchange or return the product

  1. Submit your reason

Please provide the reason for returning to our website or any of our Facebook pages, Whatsapp numbers, or helplines if you desire to return or exchange any part of your online order.

You will be needed to resend the item(s) to us with the order number received as reference.

  1. Merchandise repackage

Please double-check that the item(s) you want to return, as well as the Invoice, are included in your return package.

  1. Deliver to

You are responsible for returning the product to our address through traceable delivery, such as courier or registered mail.

Guidelines for repackaging the goods

When packing the product for return to us, please follow these guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original boxes, in fresh condition, and with all packaging materials.
  • To ensure correct credit to your credit card, write the reason for return on a copy of the packing slip and include it with the returned item(s). If you don’t have a copy of your packing slip, write your order number and reason for return on a separate piece of paper and include it with the returned item (s).

Method for return shipping

For your return shipping, we suggest UPS or Insure Parcel Post (please discuss the options with the client). Please note that unless the item is broken or defective or is different from the one you ordered, you are responsible for the costs of returning it to us.

Cancellation of orders

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is processed by calling us at 225-308-1738 Monday through Friday (9 am to 5 pm) and Saturday (9 am to 5 pm) (9 am-2 pm).

You will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information once your product has been sent.

Once the product has been shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Common reasons may include the following: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or a credit card payment is refused by the issuing financial institution are all common explanations.
